3. Booking via Our Website
When making a booking on our website, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms set by ferry operators. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of reservations, loss of payments, or additional charges.
4. Contractual Relationships
Simple Ferry operates solely as an intermediary, providing a booking platform that connects customers with ferry operators. When you book a ferry ticket through our website, your contractual agreement is directly with the ferry operator, not with Simple Ferry. The ferry operator is responsible for delivering the transportation service, including schedules, ticket issuance, and onboard conditions. We do not own, manage, or operate any ferry services ourselves and do not assume liability for service performance, disruptions, or any other operational aspects controlled by the ferry operator.
Booking/Modifications/Cancellations/Refunds
Should you wish to amend or cancel your booking, you will be charged a service fee by our company in the amount that will be displayed during the amendment/cancellation request.
However, each ferry operator has its own terms and conditions that govern your booking, including cancellation policies, ticket modifications, refund eligibility, and passenger rights. By completing a booking through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the specific terms and conditions set by the ferry operator providing your service. We are not responsible for their policies or decisions regarding such matters.While we will facilitate communication when possible, we do not have the authority to alter, override, or guarantee refunds or schedule changes imposed by ferry operators.
In case of disputes between you and the ferry operator regarding service quality, delays,
cancellations, or any other matter, you must resolve the issue directly with the ferry operator. While we will assist in providing relevant booking details, we are not responsible for enforcing or negotiating claims on behalf of customers.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that our liability is strictly limited to the accurate transmission of booking details and payment facilitation.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€). The total amount payable in Euros is shown at the final step of the booking process before confirming your purchase.
We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank, including those related to
currency conversion, exchange rate differences, or foreign transaction fees.
Payment
Payments can be made using the available payment methods listed on our website. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
To complete a booking, you must provide valid credit or debit card details.
If a payment failure occurs, any resulting fare increases must be covered by the customer before the booking can be confirmed.
We do not issue tickets, confirmations, or other travel documents until payment has been successfully processed. The customer remains liable for full payment of the services booked.
We reserve the right to issue e-tickets, confirmations, and invoices only to the cardholder’s billing address or registered email.
Upon successful payment, tax documents (receipts or invoices) will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
Simple Ferry uses Monri Monri WebPay for online payments.
Monri Monri WebPay is a secure system for online payments, real time credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. Monri Monri WebPay ensures the buyer and the merchant with the secure card data entry and transfer, which is also confirmed by PCI DSS certificate. Monri Monri WebPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Simple Ferry or its licensors, and is protected by copyright laws.
