Fleet and onboard experience

The fleet is built around the Rigel-class Ro-Pax ferries (Rigel II, III, V and VII). All accept passengers, cars, motorhomes, motorcycles and trucks. Crossings are typically overnight or full-day, with cabins available on most sailings. Onboard, ships offer cabins (inside, outside, and en suite), reclining airline-style seats, deck seating, a self-service restaurant, a la carte dining on busier sailings, a bar and a small shop. The Bari-Durres route is a year-round lifeline service with departures most days. The Greek summer routes (Bari-Igoumenitsa, Corfu and Kefalonia) run from late spring through early autumn.

Ventouris tickets booked through SimpleFerry are issued as e-tickets. International sailings (Italy-Greece, Italy-Albania) require boarding 2 hours before departure for passport and customs checks. Free luggage allowance is 40 kg per passenger. Children aged 0-3 travel free (port fees of around 15 euros still apply); children 4-11 receive 50% off.

Pet policy

Pets travel in onboard kennels, in pet cabins (where available) or with their owner on deck depending on size and route. EU pet documentation is required for all international crossings.
