Grimaldi Lines is an Italian shipping company founded in 1947 and headquartered in Naples. Family-run for over 76 years by the Grimaldi family, it is part of Grimaldi Group, alongside Atlantic Container Line, Minoan Lines, Finnlines and Malta Motorways of the Seas. Grimaldi Lines operates a fleet of 13 to 15 modern Ro-Pax cruise-ferries. The flagships Cruise Roma and Cruise Barcelona, both built in the late 2000s and refurbished since, are the largest in the fleet — up to 3,500 passengers each — and were the first Mediterranean ferries certified to operate at zero emissions in port using onshore power and onboard battery systems. Other cruise ferries include Cruise Smeralda, Cruise Olbia, Cruise Ausonia, Zeus Palace, Corfu and Florencia. The company's environmental record is supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications and ongoing investment in scrubbers, lithium battery storage and electric in-port operation. Onboard amenities scale by ship and route. The flagship cruise-ferries on Italy–Spain and Italy–Sardinia routes carry à la carte and self-service restaurants, snack bars, espresso bars, retail areas with duty-free shopping, swimming pools and sun decks, fitness and wellness centres, conference rooms for incentive groups, plus a full range of cabin types from interior 4-berth to deluxe suites with balconies. The Italy–Greece routes on Cruise Olbia, Knossos Palace and similar vessels offer cabins, restaurants and entertainment for the long overnight crossings. Wheelchair accessibility is supported on most vessels, and assistance can be arranged in advance.

Vehicles travelling on Italy–Tunisia routes (Port of La Goulette) must follow a mandatory pre-boarding procedure with extra documentation and earlier arrival at the port. Halal meals are available on board.
