and ferry operators.

• “Service(s)” includes the booking of ferry transport and related travel services available on 

our platform.

• “Service Fee” is the portion of the total price that covers the services provided by Simple 

Ferry.

• “Travel Service Provider(s)” or “Provider(s)” refers to ferry operators and other third-party 

travel service providers.

• “Website” refers to https://www.simpleferry.com.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
3. You will use this website in accordance with these Terms of Use.
4. You will only use this website to make legitimate reservations for yourself or others whom you are legally authorized to represent.

5. You will inform anyone on whose behalf you make reservations about the applicable Terms of Use, including all relevant rules and restrictions.

6. The information you provide on this website is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
7. If you create an account, you will protect your login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to deny access to this website and its services at any time for any reason, including breaches of these Terms of Use.

3. Booking via Our Website

When making a booking on our website, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms set by ferry operators. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of reservations, loss of payments, or additional charges.

4. Contractual Relationships

Simple Ferry operates solely as an intermediary, providing a booking platform that connects customers with ferry operators. When you book a ferry ticket through our website, your contractual agreement is directly with the ferry operator, not with Simple Ferry. The ferry operator is responsible for delivering the transportation service, including schedules, ticket issuance, and onboard conditions. We do not own, manage, or operate any ferry services ourselves and do not assume liability for service performance, disruptions, or any other operational aspects controlled by the ferry operator.

Booking/Modifications/Cancellations/Refunds

Should you wish to amend or cancel your booking, you will be charged a service fee by our company in the amount that will be displayed during the amendment/cancellation request.

However, each ferry operator has its own terms and conditions that govern your booking, including cancellation policies, ticket modifications, refund eligibility, and passenger rights. By completing a booking through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the specific terms and conditions set by the ferry operator providing your service. We are not responsible for their policies or decisions regarding such matters.While we will facilitate communication when possible, we do not have the authority to alter, override, or guarantee refunds or schedule changes imposed by ferry operators. 

 In case of disputes between you and the ferry operator regarding service quality, delays, 

cancellations, or any other matter, you must resolve the issue directly with the ferry operator. While we will assist in providing relevant booking details, we are not responsible for enforcing or negotiating claims on behalf of customers. 

By using our platform, you acknowledge that our liability is strictly limited to the accurate transmission of booking details and payment facilitation.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). The total amount payable in Euros is shown at the final step of the booking process before confirming your purchase.

We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank, including those related to 

currency conversion, exchange rate differences, or foreign transaction fees.

Payment

 Payments can be made using the available payment methods listed on our website. We do not accept any other forms of payment. 

To complete a booking, you must provide valid credit or debit card details.

If a payment failure occurs, any resulting fare increases must be covered by the customer before the booking can be confirmed.

We do not issue tickets, confirmations, or other travel documents until payment has been successfully processed. The customer remains liable for full payment of the services booked. 

We reserve the right to issue e-tickets, confirmations, and invoices only to the cardholder’s billing address or registered email.

Upon successful payment, tax documents (receipts or invoices) will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. 

Simple Ferry uses Monri WSPay for online payments.

Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real time credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures the buyer and the merchant with the secure card data entry and transfer, which is also confirmed by PCI DSS certificate. Monri WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

6. Copyright, Trademark, and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Simple Ferry or its licensors, and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from this website without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our website’s content is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links do not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Crotia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of court in Porec/Croatia

For customer service inquiries, please contact us via the official communication channels listed on our website. We will respond as soon as possible during our working hours. For urgent matters outside business hours, we recommend contacting the ferry operator directly.

10. General Terms

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple Ferry. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply.

Statement about the Protection of Personal Data Transfer

Data protection pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679- Regulation and implementation of the GDPR 

Monri WSPay, being the processor of authorization and payment made by credit cards, uses personal data as the processor pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679, and compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 Regulations for data transfers.

Monri WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest protection standards for data entry and transfer.

Personal data used for the purposes of authorization and payment are deemed to be confidential data. 

The following customer’s personal data are necessary to fulfil the Agreement (authorization and payment):

• Name and Surname
• E-mail
• Telephone number
• Address
• City
• Post Code
• Country
• Type of credit card
• Credit card number
• Expiry date (credit card)
• CVV number for credit card

Monri WSPay does not process or use these personal data except for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement, the authorization and the payment.

Monri WSPay ensures to meet the requirements determined by applicable personal data protection regulations, for the processors of personal data, especially taking all necessary technical, organizational or security measures confirmed by PCI DSS Level 1 certificate.

Amendments to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will be displayed on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

“Agent za rezervacije” odnosi se na Simple Ferry, koji djeluje kao posrednik između kupaca i operatera trajekata.

“Usluga(e)” uključuje rezervaciju trajektnog prijevoza i srodnih putničkih usluga dostupnih na našoj platformi.

2. Korištenje web stranice

Korištenjem ove web stranice potvrđujete da:

1. Imate najmanje 18 godina.
2. Imate pravnu sposobnost sklopiti obvezujući ugovor.
3. Koristit ćete ovu web stranicu u skladu s ovim Uvjetima korištenja.
4. Ovu web stranicu koristite isključivo za legitimne rezervacije za sebe ili druge osobe koje ste ovlašteni zastupati.
5. Svaku osobu u čije ime izvršite rezervaciju obavijestit ćete o primjenjivim Uvjetima korištenja, uključujući sva pravila i ograničenja.
6. Podaci koje dajete na ovoj web stranici su točni, ažurni i potpuni.
7. Ako kreirate račun, čuvat ćete svoje pristupne podatke i preuzeti punu odgovornost za sve aktivnosti na svom računu.

3. Rezervacije putem naše web stranice

Prilikom izvršavanja rezervacije na našoj web stranici, prihvaćate ove Uvjete korištenja i sve dodatne uvjete koje postavljaju operateri trajekata. Nepoštivanje ovih uvjeta može rezultirati otkazivanjem rezervacije, gubitkom uplaćenog iznosa ili dodatnim naknadama.

4. Ugovorni odnosi

Simple Ferry djeluje isključivo kao posrednik, pružajući platformu za povezivanje kupaca s operaterima trajekata. Kada rezervirate kartu putem naše web stranice, vaš ugovorni odnos je izravno s operaterom trajekta, a ne sa Simple Ferryjem.

Operater trajekta odgovoran je za pružanje usluge prijevoza, uključujući raspored, izdavanje karata i uvjete na brodu. Simple Ferry ne posjeduje, ne upravlja niti ne nadzire trajektne usluge i ne preuzima odgovornost za njihovu izvedbu, kašnjenja ili druge operativne aspekte.

Izmjene, otkazivanja i povrati novca

Ako želite izmijeniti ili otkazati rezervaciju, Simple Ferry naplaćuje naknadu za uslugu, čiji iznos će biti prikazan tijekom procesa izmjene/otkazivanja.

Svaki operater trajekta ima vlastite uvjete koji reguliraju otkazivanje, izmjene, povrat novca i prava putnika. Dovršavanjem rezervacije potvrđujete da ste pročitali i razumjeli uvjete operatera. Simple Ferry nije odgovoran za njihove odluke u vezi s povratima ili promjenama.

U slučaju sporova između vas i operatera trajekta, morate riješiti problem izravno s operaterom. Simple Ferry može pružiti relevantne podatke o rezervaciji, ali nije odgovoran za provedbu ili pregovaranje u vaše ime.

Korištenjem naše platforme prihvaćate da je naša odgovornost ograničena na prijenos podataka o rezervaciji i obradu plaćanja.

5. Cijene i plaćanja

Cijene

Sve cijene izražene su u eurima (€). Ukupan iznos u eurima prikazuje se u završnom koraku rezervacije prije potvrde kupnje.

Nismo odgovorni za dodatne naknade koje može naplatiti vaša banka, uključujući troškove konverzije valute ili inozemnih transakcija.

Plaćanje

Plaćanja se mogu izvršiti samo putem metoda navedenih na našoj web stranici. Druge vrste plaćanja nisu prihvaćene.

Za dovršetak rezervacije morate unijeti valjane podatke kreditne ili debitne kartice. Ako dođe do neuspjele transakcije, kupac je odgovoran za pokrivanje eventualnog povećanja cijene prije potvrde rezervacije.

Ne izdajemo karte, potvrde ili druge putne dokumente dok plaćanje nije uspješno obrađeno. Nakon uspješnog plaćanja, račun ili faktura bit će poslana na e-mail adresu navedenu tijekom rezervacije.

Simple Ferry koristi Monri WSPay za online plaćanja, koja osigurava siguran unos i prijenos podataka uz PCI DSS certifikat i 256-bitnu SSL enkripciju.

6. Autorska prava i intelektualno vlasništvo

Sav sadržaj ove web stranice, uključujući tekstove, slike, logotipe i softver, vlasništvo je Simple Ferryja ili njegovih davatelja licenci i zaštićen je zakonima o autorskim pravima.

Nije dopušteno reproduciranje, izmjena, distribucija ili korištenje sadržaja bez izričitog pismenog dopuštenja.

7. Poveznice na treće strane
